ESTATE OF ALTA DURANT, Deceased (14/1613/A) — On the return date of this compulsory accounting proceeding commenced by the Commissioner of the Department of Social Services, the respondent administrator, one of the decedent's daughters, defaulted on the first call of the calendar and the matter was marked "submitted for a 30-day order." After the petitioner had left, the administrator subsequently appeared pro se and, after colloquy on the record in open court, the court advised the respondent of the prior marking, i. e., that a 30-day order would be entered directing her to account.
