ESTATE OF SOLANO SANTIAGO (14/356/A) — In this probate proceeding commenced by the decedent's son, the nominated executor, one of the decedent's daughters who is a nominated alternate executor moved by order to show cause to disqualify the son from serving and filed a cross petition seeking the appointment of herself as executor. After several conferences with the court, all interested parties executed a written stipulation of settlement which was filed with the court, which, inter alia, withdraws the order to show cause and cross petition filed by the daughter and consents to the probate of the propounded instrument as well as the appointment of the petitioning son, subject to the terms of the stipulation.
