Thereupon, the matter was adjourned to permit counsel to submit appropriate waivers and consents from the brother to the sister serving as sole successor guardian of the person of the respondent. Letters of guardianship issued to the respondent's parents by decree dated November 13, 2000. The sister was appointment standby guardian and the brother was appointed alternate standby guardian. Insofar as the parents are now deceased it is incumbent for the appointment of a successor guardian of the person for the respondent.
