    While I am no fan of County Executive Rob Astorino, I don‘t blame counties, like Westchester, who require finger-printing as a condition of allowing Uber and Lyft drivers to operate within their borders! What is racially discriminatory about finger-printing those persons that desire to engage in public transportation, as long as their criminal record is fairly and intelligently used as a basis to assure the safety of our citizens?
