Eugene Gaer, Litigator and Health Care Lawyer, Dies at 74
Eugene Gaer, a health care lawyer for nearly 40 years who chose law as a second career, died on July 7. Known as a "lawyer's lawyer" who "just had this fascination with the law," he started his career as a historian and college professor, which later informed his law practice and life.
