President Bass, the first item on your agenda should be your current firm. Fix the problems there first and use that as a case study. Still no word from your Chair about Charlottesville. Your firm is one the largest in the world, promoting diversity and inclusion also means ferreting out hate and prejudice. Take care of home first and then all the members of the ABA will follow you without missing a beat.
