Undocumented law graduates should not be denied the opportunity to join the bar and practice law based solely on their immigration status, according to the American Bar Association.

    They‘re not exactly criminals, Jz - by some insufficiently explained legerdemocrat their status, like sneaking across the border without authorization, is only civil violation, though I believe it should be a criminal one. What the story omitted is how many lawyers are admitted to practice before the various bars, state and federal, of the USA, and how many of those actually belong to the NBA. That this nonsense was urged by its law student division only highlights how out of touch with and unrepresentative of the overall American bar the ABA is.
