Court Rejects Ex-Husband's Claims of Expenses
Supreme Court Justice Colleen Duffy ruled that a man tried to "artificially deflate" his income to avoid full child support and maintenance payments, including by classifying expenses for a three-week trip to train to climb Mount Everest and for a trip to Israel that coincided with his son's bar mitzvah as business expenses.
