East Asia Properties (U.S.) Inc., an affiliate of The Bank of East Asia, has sold 202 Canal St., at Mulberry Street, for $41.25 million. The Hong Kong-based bank, which has owned the nine-story building since the 1990s, will move to 540 Madison Ave., where it has taken a 15-year lease.
