Construction law firm Peckar & Abramson has added senior partner Frank Rapoport, who will lead the firm's public-private partnerships practice. Rapoport, who concentrates on construction, government contracts, infrastructure development and public-private partnerships, was a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge.
