2010-2186 W CR. PEOPLE, res v. MARCUS ROGERS, ap — Appeal from three judgments of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County (Preston S. Scher, J.), rendered August 18, 2010. The judgments convicted defendant, upon his pleas of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and two charges of petit larceny, respectively.
ORDERED that the judgments of conviction are affirmed.
We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v. California, 386 US 738 ; People v. Blasi, 76 AD3d 550 ; People v. Paige, 54 AD2d 631 ; cf. People v. Gonzalez, 47 NY2d 606 ).
