An article yesterday, "Anti-Semitic Bullying Claim Is Adequately Pleaded, Judge Says," incorrectly stated in the first sentence the amendment under which a federal judge ruled that the plaintiff had sufficiently pleaded his claim. The claim was pursuant to the Fourteenth Amendment.
