Second Department Disbars Gold, Krome

Michael Krome was disbarred after pleading guilty in January in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida to one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, wire fraud and mail fraud in connection. Allen Gold's disbarment arose from a petition filed by the grievance committee in July 2011 alleging he engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation.
