The decedent was also survived by five paternal first cousins, namely, David Goldknopf, Jay Michael Garrett, David Meyer Fishkin, Dorothy H. Basman, who post-deceased, and Laura Geraldine Webber, each of whom is entitled to one-fifth of the maternal half of the estate or one-tenth of the entire net distributable estate (EPTL 4-1.1 [a] [6]). The share of the post-deceased distributee shall be paid to the duly appointed fiduciary of her estate. If no fiduciary is appointed for the postdeceased distributee within 60 days of the entry of the decree to be settled hereon, the share for that distributee shall be paid to the Commissioner of Finance of the City of New York for the benefit of that distributee's estate or any person who may prove their entitlement thereto.
