Proposed New Rules? When did the Matrimonial Courts in Manhattan Supreme Court or Westchester, etc., ever follow the OLD RULES and LAWS? Not in my experience. And I had Helene Brezensky (Kasowitz) who was Donna Hannover's lawyer in the divorce from Mayor Giuliani. Then Helen did ZERO, after Zabel talked to her behind my back. So I went to Raoul Felder, who Pretended to Follow the Laws....but he left me in the Court Room, just disappeared the very first day I was there, in front of Judith Gische, also the Judge in the Giuliani divorce. So what is the Office of Court Ad. Matrimonial up to now? One can ONLY guess. But it won't be to help children. It will be to line the pockets of those from the Am. Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers - "Elected" Judges in NY Courts have no oversight. We need CAMERAS in the Court Rooms. The first time I was in front of Gische, THERE WAS NO COURT REPORTER at the request of MY LAWYER, Raoul Felder. How was I to know what that meant? Now I do. Land of utter corruption at the expense of children. DISGUSTING.
