As my "former Husband" (as in How Did He Get a Divorce at a Trial where I was not present, and who forged my signature) Craig Oxman once said to my mother "it is great if the laws are there but if no one enforces them, who cares?" Cy Vance goes way back with Craig's family, back to Carter/Iran Hostage Crisis, etc - so, of course,to the Federal Government. Cy Vance is now the President of the States District Attorney Association. Mr. Vance needs to first Combat White Collar crime that is on the books, under his nose, laws that are already in place, before NEW laws to be ignored are added. I have spoken in person to Mr. Vance many times about my fraudulently obtained divorce, and given him solid documentation. After all, if there is a Trial, but the Plaintiff IS NOT present, and there is NO Court transcript....Do we Need NEW laws if we cannot bother with those on the books?
