, New York Law Journal

ALERT! My brother David P., 18 year patient at(maximum) Chester MHC, in Chester, Illinois, was RAILROADED while at(minimum) Elgin where he was sentenced to, by LIES told on him by Elgin police officers.

My family is PRAYING that his case is seen for the munipulative, lieing, assaultive, raping(some) employees at CMHC has bestowed on my brother for TOOOOO long.

TODAY(10-17-2012), another TPR(phone conference), took place and AGAIN, his "SW"{(whom I just filed a request for him to be REMOVED as his SW, because of his MANY misconducts as a state of Illinois employee;CHANGING the dates of an altercation David had, which forced him to DEFEND himself from abusive guard named Alvin, is another ANTIC CMHC is using to delay/stop his CONFIRMED TRANSFER OUT of CMHC, by a Dr. Debra Ferguson and ELGIN forensic department on the SAME day(02-04-2012)....."Incidences"(as prior patient rodneyyoder.com calls them) are concocted to enable the guards and treatment team to appear to be justified in the FALSE writeups they display in David and other monthly REPORTS, that goes to the courts.

We're PRAYING, that the misconducts/corruption CEASES in Davids' case as well, for David has been BULLIED since thr age of 13 and is now tired of feeling he must go along in order to be left alone. He's TIRED of being SYSTEMICALLY blamed for guards and others bad behavior and deserves for his 'Human Rights' to be respected and honored as they should be, for as Just Detention states, "RAPE, is NOT Part Of The Punishment" and I have my brothers' MEDICAL RECORDS to PROVE, he been treated for RAPE and other assaults that guards and others are responsible for.

There has to be an exception for individuals who is DENIED their RIGHT, to file a complaint, which when they are denied this right, in TOOOOO many cases, the courts won't see that their rights beigng denied interfes with the 'Statue of Limitation'.

Paragraph 2: Physical evidence such as DNA can not prove innocence. At best, it can raise a reasonable doubt.

  • Bobby5000

When an innocent man has gone to jail, that is a tragedy. Some changes are needed.

    1. Evidence One reason why this happens is that police are sometimes hampered in their work. Expanding the ability to obtain materials in searches and confessions increases the likelihood of a fair and correct verdict.

2 Appeals We spend too much time on appeals which deal with which guilty person should escape punishment because of some minor error in evidence. We need to expand rules for substantive review, while creating procedural barriers which prevent needless relitigation of extraneous issues.
