I attended this hearing, where much was made of Lippman's private life. THE PUBLIC would appreciate Robert Tembeckjian looking into Serious Issues around Judicial Complaints regarding Judges in Manhattan Supreme Court. Many of us have written the Commission, with full and solid proof of "judicial misconduct" (breaking the law in their own court rooms). Many of us have also contacted the Departmental Disciplinary Committee....the system is broken.
