Bryan Pu-Folkes and Neha Shah of the Law Office of Bryan Pu-Folkes write that as foreign capital is becoming increasingly needed by U.S.-based developers, they are showing more interest in how to successfully acquire EB-5 financing, which allows prospective immigrants to invest in a U.S.-based business in exchange for an immigrant visa. The program offers more advantages and fewer constraints than any other visa program in the world, although there are several concerns that should be fully considered.
