Judge Faults Bronx ADA for Failure to Disclose Witness' Changed Story
A judge has sanctioned the Bronx District Attorney's Office, ruling that a key witness' claim of seeing a stabbing, not just the moments after as he had previously recounted, should have been disclosed, and not doing so was "an affirmative act of deceit."
