What's being said


    What appears troublesome here is that Bloomberg is cloaked with a qualified privilege to report the factual ALLEGATIONS of a seemingly newsworthy lawsuit. So, how could such qualified statements/allegations be deemed to have been made with a high degree of awareness of their probable falsity by Bloomberg to vitiate the privilege? Am I missing something, here?
