Dear New York Law Journal, Fact: 2 non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners (MARK D. HIGGINS and SAMUEL G WILLIAMS) examined and rescinded my NYS WCALJudge Robert Anderson‘s decision. My attorneys at Fine, Olin and Anderman appealed and requested a Full Board Review. NYS WCB chair Beloten got NYS WCB vice-chair non-attorney Frances Libous to deny me a Full Board Review. The FBI raided Libous home and confiscated her NYS WCB computer. Frances Libous retired. NYS WCB chair Beloten retired. Q: why are non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners examining and rescinding NYS WCALJudges‘ decisions? Fact: if non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners can‘t be reported to the ABA (for being incompetent or impaired or unethical) then non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners should not be examining and rescinding NYS WCALJudges‘ decisions p.s. shame on NYS WCALJudges for allowing non-attorney NYS WCB commissioners to examine and rescind their decisions p.p.s. NYS WCB commissioners (google it!)

It is folly to leave yourself unprotected in a pool of sharks. There are people risking their livelihoods and even their freedom for the dubious honor of working for Trump and they need their interests represented.
