The real villains here are the prosecutors who use and misuse, their office to play politics. These people are held to no higher standard than any ambulance chaser, yet are allowed to make decisions such as this, as well as having their decisions imposed nationwide. They set back orchestrating these police actions while the Judge‘s take the blame. for the improprieties. The Judges then are found not in error because it is the prosecutors decisions. These people need to be held to a higher standard. The overreach and misuse of office by prosecutors is the number one problem in our justice system. These Authoritarian tyrants need to be controlled.
