Warrant Permits Holding Entire Email Account, Judge Says

In a holding at odds with at least two other courts, a Southern District magistrate judge has ruled that officials armed with a warrant to search for evidence of a crime contained in individual emails can seize and hold the entire email account without running afoul of the Fourth Amendment.

He should not be allowed to make such decisions, Likewise anylaw enforcement that acts on this shysters advice should be charged with Civil Right violations. Meanwhile help yourself to writing his conduct report to the proper Board of Professional responsibility. This is just one of the dirty tricks law enforcement and prosecutors use to by-pass due process and Civil Rights. They too, the prosecutors, should be disbarred for allowing or perpetuating this farce on the American people. Over-reach by these (MOSTLY) villians is the number one problem with our justice SYSTEM
