Manhattan attorney Kenneth L. Kutner has been ordered to pay $3,450 in sanctions for repeatedly trying to enforce a judgment after being told it was in error.

    I agree with Mr. Kutner‘s position. If he asked for proof of payment in May of 2012 and didn‘t receive it until March of 2013, he acted appropriately by entering judgment in 2012.
