In Two Cases, Court Addresses Bankruptcy and Arbitration Provisions
In her Western District Roundup, Sharon M. Porcellio writes that the court, in the context of a Title VII reverse-race discrimination claim, analyzed whether a corporation is an individual under a bankruptcy provision excepting plaintiff's claim from discharge.
