I was sexually harassed and then penalized for filing a complaint while working in Big Law. The feeling was that the firm knew how to cover its ass to get away with it and did not have a huge interest in addressing the issue even though it made us all watch the training videos ad nauseum. The whole office (Silicon Valley office of NY-based Big Law firm) was a giant cesspool of inappropriate behavior because the Managing Partner was the worst offender. He was also a huge rainmaker so NY tried to rein him in multiple times, but after one affair too many over 15-ish years, finally hastened his exit.
