'Double-Dipping' by Older State Judges Will Face Scrutiny
The state's highest court will decide whether court administrators may block judges who have been "certificated" to stay on the bench past age 70 from receiving state pensions for past judicial work even as they draw a full salary as Supreme Court justices.
