(Typos: Embarrassing) One other thing: Gosuch has received the top recommendation of that infamous right-wing hate group, the American Bar Association. But you won‘t hear the progressives speaking THAT truth to power.

Note to Durbin: Judges must rule on the law, not on their personal emotions. Therein is the fatal flaw in Democrats‘ judicial philosophy. Mr. Durbin, you haven‘t a credible leg to stand on. Re: Merrick Garland See: "The Biden Rule" - Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. The Dems cited that rule, based upon years of precedent and tradition, yet now they cry foul? Please.

The predicted political theater from the Dems. Seriously, Heritage and the Federalist Society are "extremist" groups? I‘m actually shocked that Leahy didn‘t describe them as "hate" groups -- I‘m fairly sure that the SPLC has labeled them as a hate group, along with pretty much all organizations to the right of the ACLU. It‘s sad seeing this process become so politicized, but it‘s understandable, I guess, since the courts have become the lawmaking body of choice for the left. Only need five votes on SCOTUS and no ability to filibuster.
