I am interested in switching to a larger firm and after interviewing several headhunters have decided on one to represent me. My question concerns the experience level of the individual recruiter at the firm that I have selected. I do not want my search to be just a learning experience for her. Is it appropriate to express this concern to one the principals of the firm?
