Prominent Attorney Loses Right to Practice in Southern District

Despite an aggressive effort by Ivan Fisher's lawyer to convince the court to hand down a lesser sanction, including the submission of several letters by attorneys attesting to his skill as a lawyer and devotion to his clients, the veteran criminal defense attorney can no longer practice in the Southern District.
