Inmate's Challenge to Limits on Outgoing Mail May Proceed

Northern District Judge Glenn Suddaby concluded that an inmate in solitary confinement sufficiently pleaded, at this stage of the litigation, that getting no more than five envelopes at any one time to send his mail violates his rights under the First and Fourteenth amendments.
