Probe Will Examine Payment Forms Signed by Judge

The inspector general for the Unified Court System is investigating Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Yvonne Lewis for alleged improprieties in payment forms she signed for a law secretary who was assigned to guardianship work for other judges.
