Insurer Must Cover School's Costs in Criminal Probe, Court Rules

Syracuse University's insurer is obligated to cover the school's costs of complying with six subpoenas prosecutors issued during criminal investigations of child molestation against ex-Syracuse basketball coach Bernie Fine, a state judge has ruled.
