Sitting Nassau Judge Dies of Heart Attack

Nassau County Supreme Court Justice Joel Asarch, a 12-year veteran of the bench whose responsibilities included the adjudication of guardianship matters, was remembered as a "lawyer-friendly judge" and a "gentle, fair person with a great sense of humor."
