Judge Dismisses Loan Suit Against Former Employees

Eastern District Judge Leonard Wexler adopted a recommendation from Magistrate Judge Gary Brown, who wrote he "strongly" recommended dismissal because, in part, the case is "a petty, personal vendetta."
