Revocation of Liquor Licenses Based on Hearsay Upheld

In other appeals decided on Feb. 28, the Third Department upheld a civil contempt citation against an attorney who was fined for failure to testify truthfully and produce subpoenaed documents related to an estate case, and declined to invalidate a fee-sharing agreement between two Albany area lawyers.
