Judge Finds Installment Contract Inequitable

A Brooklyn woman who defaulted on a financing agreement for a $3,500 couch and loveseat that broke in about two years need not pay more for the use of the furniture than the $363 she already paid, Civil Court Judge Noach Dear has ruled.
