Inmate's Police Brutality Suit Moves Closer to Home

Taxpayers have no obligation to transport a pro se/in forma pauperis plaintiff from Rochester to Buffalo so he can pursue a police brutality claim, but the judge said he will consider transferring the case to Rochester so Miguel Pagan does not have to travel.
