• S. Christopher Provenzano, a commercial and securities litigator, has joined Miller & Wrubel as counsel. Previously an associate at Mayer Brown, he defends public companies and their officers and directors in securities class actions, securities litigation, derivative actions, securities enforcement investigations and corporate governance matters.

• Goldberg Segalla has added Michael Kandler as a partner in White Plains and a member of the global insurance services and appellate practice groups. He was a partner at Callan Koster Brady & Brennan.

• Chadbourne & Parke has promoted to counsel Raquel Bierzwinsky, project finance, international finance and mergers and acquisitions; Ikenna Emehelu, project finance; David Santangelo, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of corporate assets and/or securities, public debt and equity offerings.

• Roberts & Holland has promoted tax attorneys Mark Wilensky; Lana Kalickstein and Jessica Weinberg to counsel.

• Sahn Ward Coschignano & Baker has promoted as a partner Daniel Braff, who concentrates on zoning and land use planning, real estate, environmental and corporate law.
