A Feb. 22 article, "Panel Bars Retrial After Saying That Mistrial Was Not Needed," incorrectly identified Bronx Supreme Court Justice Leonard Livote as the judge who declared a mistrial. The trial judge was Bronx Supreme Court Justice Edgar Walker. Livote was assigned to the case after Walker left the criminal bench.
