Court Delays Consideration of Son-of-Sam Law Issue

The Court of Appeals said the question of whether the Son-of-Sam Law allows for the seizure of the public pension of a criminal defendant to compensate his victims is an "important" one, but that the judges "must await a case in which the issue is preserved."
