Brad Cronin and Sean Cronin have formed Cronin & Cronin Law Firm. The three-attorney firm, based in Mineola, specializes in tax certiorari matters. Both partners had practiced at Cronin, Cronin & Harris.
Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi has added Hollis Salzman and Kellie Lerner as partners and Bernard Persky as of counsel in the antitrust practice. All were with Labaton Sucharow, where Salzman was managing chair and Persky was cochair and founder of that firm's antitrust and competition litigation practice. Salzman will serve as cochair of Robins Kaplan's antitrust and trade regulation practice group.
