The New York County Democratic Committee has formed an independent screening panel to report on candidates for nomination for three countywide Civil Court vacancies. Applications for candidates are available at martin@amcmlaw.com from the administrator of the panel, Martin E. Adams, at Adams & Commissiong, 65 Broadway Suite 715, New York, NY 10006, 212-430-6590. Questions should be directed to the administrator or the county committee, 212-687-6540. The deadline for submitting completed applications is 11 a.m. Feb. 26.
