• Hughes Hubbard & Reed promoted litigators Savvas Foukas and Michael Tiger to partner. Kenneth Katz and Jessica Studness, in the litigation department, have been elected counsel of the firm.
• Latham & Watkins has added Claudia Salomon as a partner in the firm's litigation department. Salomon focuses on complex international disputes and advising in investor treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration cases. Salomon was a partner and cochair of DLA Piper's international arbitration practice.
• Fulbright & Jaworski has promoted Tania Perez, energy and real property, to partner.
• White & Case has added Daniel Dufner as a partner in the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice. Dufner rejoins White & Case from Linklaters. He had previously been a partner at White & Case from 2004 to 2009.
