• Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy has added Stuart Morrissy as a partner in the global securities practice group, advising investment banks and securities issuers in capital market transactions. He was counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

• Mitchell Raab has joined Olshan as a partner in the corporate practice group. He previously worked at the investment fund Seneca Capital.

• Matrimonial and family law firm Aronson Mayefsky & Sloan has elected Peter Stambleck to the partnership.

• Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider has promoted to partner Russell Steinthal, a member of the antitrust group. The firm also promoted Josephine Liu, intellectual property, as counsel.

• Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe has elevated to its partnership Agnès Dunogué, securities litigation and regulatory enforcement; Rachel Gould, real estate; and B.J. Rosen, banking and debt capital markets.

• Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle has elected litigator Peter Behmke as a partner.
