• Holland & Knight has added two partners from Chadbourne & Parke. John Sarchio joins the firm as chair of the insurance industry practice team. He was the cofounder and co-head of Chadbourne's insurance and reinsurance practice group. Richard Liskov, formerly special counsel at Chadbourne, also joins as a partner.

• Reed Smith has added Jeff Legault as a partner in its firmwide corporate and securities practice. Legault, who focuses on business combinations, including mergers and acquisitions and joint venture transactions, was a partner at Goodwin Procter.

• Avram Morell has joined Pryor Cashman as a partner in the immigration group. He was a special immigration counsel at Proskauer Rose.

• Cindy Yang has joined Schiff Hardin as a partner in the intellectual property group. She was with Dickstein Shapiro.

• Haynes and Boone has added Nicholas Hoffman as of counsel in the real estate practice. He was senior vice president and chief legal officer of Ruben Companies, where he worked on the repositioning and development of office and residential properties.

• Fish & Richardson has promoted Kristen McCallion as a principal in the trademark and copyright group and T. Tony Zhang as a principal in its patent group. McCallion is cochair of the firm's copyright practice group.

• Wormser, Kiely, Galef & Jacobs has promoted Michael Mandel to its partnership. Mandel practices in the area of business and family-based immigration law.
