Established in 1993, Cresa now has over 800 employees, including 31 based at its Manhattan headquarters; 11 of which were hired over the past six months. "We are on our way to meeting a short-term goal of nearly doubling Cresa's New York City team within a year, Mark Jaccom, president and managing principal in New York, said in a statement.
Cresa, North America's largest tenant representation firm, has more than 57 offices in North America and expanded its reach as a result of a partnership with Savills, encompassing more than 255 locations across 40 countries, according to its website.
