• Nixon Peabody has added David Stimson as senior counsel and Katherine Baynes as counsel in Rochester. Stimson, who joins the brands and creations practice, was chief trademark counsel for Eastman Kodak Co. Baynes, a public finance attorney who began her career at Nixon Peabody, returns from DLA Piper.
• Bingham McCutchen has added Bruce Wolfson as of counsel in its corporate practice. He was a partner and general counsel of The Rohatyn Group, an asset management firm focusing on emerging markets.
• Cohen Clair Lans Greifer & Thorpe has promoted Joseph De Simone and Shannon Rogers Simpson as partners. Both focus on family and matrimonial law.
