Order for Dad to Pay Private School Tuition Found to Override Prior Agreement as in Child's Interest

There is a "sound and substantial basis" for requiring the father to pay the lion's share of the tuition if "private, special or enriched" schooling is in the best interests of the child, Family Court Judge W. Dennis Duggan in Albany County decided.
